Despite a challenging year, it’s been another busy one for the FTA, and with an upcoming season focusing on getting outside and staying healthy, it’s clear we’re in for another busy summer on the trails.

Whether you’re interested in meeting the board and staff; learning about what the FTA has accomplished over the past year; understanding our finances; or would like to put yourself forward to fill a vacant seat on the board, please find further information, below.

We have a number of vacant Director positions on our board. As a working board, our all Directors play a vital role in chairing a specific committees, to ensure the FTA is efficient and effective, across the wide variety of topics and challenges that we address.

As a dynamic board, ‘roles’ are constantly shifting, depending on the needs of the FTA. We are currently looking for representatives of the hiking community; representatives of Private Landowners and representatives of the downhill mountain biking community.

With skills including, but not limited to, Team Management; Financial Management; Fundraising; Digital marketing; Website management and development; Board Governance; Policy and Procedures.
