The FTA manages the majority of all of Fernie’s multi-use trails, and the year-round costs associated with them – from maintenance and trail building to the increasing costs associated with winter grooming. The FTA also manage all Land User agreements – which are paramount to the success and sustainability of our trail network.

Purchasing your Trails Pass ensures the FTA can generate enough funds to keep our trails rolling year-round and ensure all trail users have signed a digital waiver – which is vital for the security of both the FTA, and our generous Land Owners.

Once you’ve purchased you Trails Pass, go join a Club! There are a number of trail-associated clubs, such as the FMBC, FT&STC, SLRC + FNS, with specific club perks – such as races, community events or hut bookings.

Please note: Senior is 65+, Youth is 18 and under, Family runs from couples up to 4 kids, and Corporate Passes have options for 3 – 14 members.
